My approach to Boudoir Photography is one of relationship and connection.
I like to get to know my clients before the shoot and we meet for a relaxing chat in my home studio for some coffee or tea. That way, comes the day of the shoot, my clients step into an environment that is familiar to them, and they know the person behind the camera.
My style of boudoir photography is one of vibrancy and individualism. Since each client is different, my photos will reflect THEIR energy and style. I don't do "cookie cutter" posing or details because each person is unique and has their own style, and that should be reflected in their photos.
But enough of you, lets get to ME!
I have a wicked sense of humor and try not to take life too seriously. My mission in life is to make connections with other women and use my lens to show them how incredible stunningly bad-ass beautiful they are!
I am myself, a full figured middle aged woman with a kick ass attitude and a soft spot for animals, a love for anything nature and the belief that those of us that never felt like they fit in anywhere have a fascinating story to share. I have my own sense of style and outlook on life and therefore seem to attract my ideal client, just by simply being myself. I accept people wherever they are in their life's journey .
The minute you step into my home studio you are in a judgement free zone, which includes your own judgement of yourself (yep, that's a tough one) You are accepted and welcome, just as you are. Oh yes, almost forgot....I am married to the most understanding hubby for over 25 years and we live in a almost 100 year old house that totally reflects our quirky personalities. We share our lives with two elderly Chihuahua girls that are rotten spoiled (not my fault) and have three adult human kiddos that all have flown the nest (or escaped?)
